I’ve tied it realistically. It will be attached to a tree branch with only a rubber band so it cannot possibly be used for real.
It will add to my other halloween art: an electric chair and a guillotine
I personally wouldn’t display any acts of violence as part of a Halloween yard scene. My yard is decorated with silly ghosts and a few “stuffed people” made from old clothes with scary masks sitting around have tea and such. Some people in your neighborhood may take offense to violent depictions…smiling ghosts rarely attract protest!
