Halloween Cupcakes, Need Idea For Stem At Top…?

I want to make Halloween cupcakes for work. I’m going to frost them with orange frosting and use some sort of black or brown candies for the eyes and mouth. I’m completely stuck on what I can use for the stem! I want something green! What would be perfect are those red red pull n peel twizzlers…but I don’t think they make them in green? Does anyone have any Ideas?

either pretzel sticks, or gummy candies

A pumpkin stem would usually be brown, right? Can you melt chocolate chips, then drizzle them into the stem shape you want and they’ll harden?
Or if you want green, can you cut a jellybean?
Look for sour straws (normally in strawberry, but they have apple, too) at the gas station.

There are Twizzlers that aren’t peel n pull, but they come in a bag of rainbow-coloured ones, green included. Also, I was thinking a miniature Tootsie Roll would be a good idea. I know it’s not green, but I think it’d look just as authentic. Have fun :)

use one of the green tootsie rolls and if its 2 thick than cut them in half
