How Can I Make The Perfect Cat Eyes For Halloween?

halloween is approaching and i am going to be catgirl but i have no idea on how do my eyes. Can someone please tell me the steps and what kind of eyeliner to use. thanks
I use a liquid eyeliner, something waterproof, with a brush end instead of a tip like you’d find on a felt tip marker. Maybelline has a great, inexpensive one. What I do (and its something I do daily!) is just start at the very inside corner of your eye, right where the eyelashes start, and very lightly drag the brush right along where your eyelashes meet your eyelid. If you press a little harder once you get about halfway across your lid, the line will widen up. Stop this stroke right at the end of your eyelashes. Then do the second stroke from the outside corner of your eye – if you pull your eyelid taut, it helps. Then just wing it out as far as you want it! Kind of aim towards the outside corner of your eyebrow, but don’t go up that high. The key is to get the brush across your eyelid in one stroke so it doesn’t look choppy.
It’s kind of hard to explain – just practice a lot!
i would take a black halloween make up stick and just do a funky cat like face around the eyes
and i have bright green contacts if you can get a pair i suggest to get some cuz they are so awesome loooking
