    Leave your dog alone.
    This sounds insane to me.

My cousin used to dye her cat by giving it a bath in sugar-free Kool-Aid – the cat liked it because it tasted good, she wasn’t sticky either. I don’t think they make black Kool-Aid though…

Just buy her a costume. Its cheaper than dying the hair at the groomers. troll..

Dogs don’t understand Halloween . They don’t want to be part of someone’s costume . They don’t want to be dressed up or dyed for someone’s amusement .
    Get A Life !
Worry about your own costume and personality .
Leave your dog in a safe place . It will have enough tension around Halloween with all the people roaming about in costumes and making strange sounds . Border Collies are high strung as it is .
Border Collies have sensitive skin . Any thing you try to do to change the fur color will very likely cause dermatitis and you will wind up at the vet .

Just take care and dont get the dog fall sick

  9. ♣Mǝfiǝ Girl♣ says:

Please don’t do that to your dog. Here in Florida there is actually a state statute making it unlawful to dye the fur of your animals.

Dye would stay in his coat for a long time, and might be harmful to his coat/skin. However, my horse has a brand on his hip, and we spray paint it before we go in the show ring. You can buy special spray paint that is completely unharmful.
The paint is inexpensive and won’t hurt the dog. [We've used it on my Golden Retriever plenty of times]http://www.rods.com/p/278,143_Shapleys-S…
    Good luck.

You should never use human hair dye.
call groomers that are near you adn ask them do they dye
doggies hair, it is really costly!
But anyway why do you need to dye your dog border collies are already black adn white, just egt her a skunk costume, it costs way less than what you would pay a groomer to do!
